      Decent workplace, but it all depends on your location

      Pros

      My manager was great and my store was well run, and almost fully staffed. Had a great time with coworkers and everything was well organized

      Cons

      Its a busy job and keeps you busy. Do not work at a store that is understaffed, and make sure your management team is at least somewhat decent. Otherwise, this job will be terrible.

      Above minimum wage, 1 free entree plus a 50% off a meal, flexible hours, sick pay, vision and dental insurance for really cheap prices with a usual 50% co-pay

      Cons

      a lot of multitasking, long hours, the rushes are insane at times with the line out the door and the take out swarmed with orders, sometimes a person has to do multiple other positions, under-staffed

      Pros

      Friends and many cooking skills learned through prepping and cooking. For this specific location was lucky enough to have crew that hung out outside of the job as we were all of the same age group and in different positions from crew to managers. Many advancements from pay raise to chipotle gifts from corporate. Our location had fun meetings about eco shore what can improve to communication and in depth how we should operate as a whole.

      Cons

      Sometimes sent to different chipotle locations as ours was regularly staffed. Sometimes the truck does not show up and it does affect customers' attitudes about not having ingredients. Even some are very passionate about not being able to eat the bowl without one ingredient. I think other locations are very low staffed due to management or not wanting to close at night.
