      Good benefits, poor management

      Pros

      I only worked at Chipotle for a year so my views an opinions are somewhat limited but while I was there, I was able to get some of my college paid for by their tuition assistance program. I was also promoted to be a Kitchen Manager in less than a year so that was nice as well.

      Cons

      The management at my location was abysmal. We didn't have a GM for months and when they finally brought one in, he was severely incompetent. The new management fired a bunch of people during their first week there and after that is when I left because I couldn't stay in a sinking ship.
