Pros

If your a fan of Chipotle, working at one of their locations you'll get a free meal every shift you work. One of those free meals could last me for days, because there isn't a limit for how much meat, beans, and etc. you can put in your order.

Cons

Everyone that starts working at Chipotle has to begin working at the front interacting customers that will constantly yell and degrade you for not scooping enough meat or something. Because of this and the lack of support from management, it willl take an emotionally take a toll on you.
