there are more cons then pros. the only pros are the benefits which are health insurance, student reimbursement,and employee perks
Cons
Every store has a different energy and everything is based on favoritism if your a favorite you get more hours and can get promoted easily. This jobs enslaves their workers by scrubbing the floor every night there no moping just if your a cashier. Your expected to close the store and do all closing within 45 mins thats not enough time. However, some male managers use their job positions as a hunting ground to sexually harass workers and the employer doesn't do nothing about it which is horrible.
