Pros

Benefits are good, decent vacation package.

Cons

Everything. They don’t tell you a lot of things in the interview process.. for example, if people call in “sick” every day, and that f you let them work, you can get fired. I have been a manager for years, and the health department and Ecosure are way more harsh on this company. This job is not hard, but you always feel pressure from your up line to make numbers. This company has more flaws than any other place I’ve worked at. And the turnover shows.

Pros

At Chipotle I had the best relationships with my coworkers. Everyone is nice and friendly and I felt as though I created a second family. There are benefits accessible, and sick pay.

Cons

The management was poor and often schedules and time off was poorly arranged. Tips were little to none
