Pros
-Great hours -Cool coworkers -Flexible hours unless they're going on vacation
Cons
-Terrible management -If you have a problem at your store or feel there may be a bias going on, management will not investigate nor help -Everyone wants to be the boss and give their own rules -If they don't like you, expect to be put in various situations that can lead to termination or nitpicking things you do -Favoritism -Definitely a racial bias. Most of my former co-workers who were of the same ethnicity as me left for the same reason.
