Pros

Well organized on-boarding and training procedures. Lots of helpful learning tools.

Cons

Disorganized management. Field leaders would come in and micro manage our flow that worked well. Field leader would come in to "help" or "teach" but would not be wearing food safe attire. Scarf on, hair down, showing us how to not cross-contaminate while doing it right in front of us. In house managers were not allowed to turn off DML even if we did not have the staff to work both make lines.
