Work hard for not great pay.

Pros

Initially getting hired at chipotle I made a dollar over minimum wage. Free meal during your shift. Easy to learn. Allowed overtime Good ethical food,

Cons

Never received a raise after initial quarter. Dealt with Racism constantly, customers are rude, non-english speaking employees assume other people can't hear/understand them. GM was relocated and the SM did a poor job keeping things under control. Stressful, when I was cashier I was told I should be able to move over 100 sales per hour. That's less than a minute with each person. manager back up was always late when a customer was upset, then I was blamed for following the rules (eg. explaining to the customer meat costs extra). Only received one shirt when hired. Inflexible hours. Managers took personal issues out on staff, favoritism, poor leadership, lack of communication, lack of management training.
