      Pros

      Starting pay is usually 8.50 or more. GREAT break benefits (as much food as you want for free). Payed breaks. Can be a very fun job.

      Cons

      They are not kind to temporary hires. For how much work is required, pay seems rather low. There are no pay increases or very little increase.

      My expecience at Chipotle was very poor.

      Pros

      Some of the pros of this restaurant, the food is cooked right infront of you so you know what you're getting and the staff have fairly good attitudes. though not all.

      Cons

      Downsides? Well they are very expensive for a fast food place. The dishes get so piled up out back its ridiculous. the floors are often slippery or sticky from spills.
