Pros

-Family feel to the restaurant. -Development journals keep you moving forward and help you to feel like you are being invested in as an employee.

Cons

-It can be pretty exhausting. When they are short staffed they will schedule you for 40 plus hours a week. -Upper level politics can really give a blow to the moral of the store. Especially for those looking to gain a promotion.

Pros

- The company and it's morals are good. - The people you work with are great! Everyone gets along like family. - You can be loud and active (you have to be). - The food is great. - Your position in the company is valued. - You can promote fairly easily (if you're good obviously). - Overall a great environment to work in (clean kitchen, good music, good co-workers, good food).

Cons

- Way too much work for basic pay (extremely high standards are asked of you). - You can be very easily let go if you mess up too much or don't meet their "13 characteristics." - There is great pressure working here, and you must be a great multi-tasker or learn to be one. - Overall, very very high expectations that you would have to convince yourself are not ridiculous.

Pros

Hello, I’m not here to really bash Chipotle. The advice I’m giving you is something that I would tell people whom I’m concerned about. If you want to do ok or better in the income department. One option is to stay there for some time and get promoted to upper management. They seem to make decent or good money. That a look at their website about salaries of upper management.

Cons

Chipotle does have its problem ,it is not perfect. The health coverage for crew members is horrible. It is expensive and it does not cover preexisting Conditions. So basically the best kind of crew members are people who are being healthy or in decent health, and can move kind of fast. You start off making 1 dollar more than minimum wage . You are supposed to greet all customers, smile all the time, and make small talk (this is what my boss wants). I’m not sure if Chipolte really train their managers . I have managers who insulted me and make me feel like I’m a lesser human being . Because I’m older than some of my crew members, I suppose to know how to run the store better (one manger was trying to tell me that). Go to school if you can. Get a degree or study something that is desirable in the job market . Work hard while, you are young, So when you are older, you will not have to suffer with low paid , less income, and the problem that comes with having little money. While talking to people who work there, some people stay there because they basically have little or no option. I had made dumb mistakes in the past by studying something in college, that basically don't really help me much in the job field . Learn from me. I'm planning to go back and work for my family or something.....
