Pros

-Good pay - they start you out at 9.50 an hour and give raises based on how long you work there. You get your first raise after just 6 months. -Opportunities for overtime and added hours -Good Hours- I was part time, and usually worked a good 30-35 hours a week. On a good week, when I was asked to cover or do overtime, I would actually clock in over 45 hours. -Discounts- You get a free meal when you work a shift and 50% off when you're off the clock. -Great coworkers -Great customers -Great training process -They encourage your progress and 100% feel that the goal is to get you to management -Never drug tests -No policy against tattoos/piercings

Cons

-Hard f-ing work- physically demanding if you are not young and in good health. You're on your feet the whole time regardless of what position. If you work on the line or on grill, the heat can suck. -You can only use discount at your location. -HARD to get a job there. There are a total of THREE interviews, which I feel is a bit much. They want the best though, so it makes sense.

Pros

I have only worked there for about a month and a half and they are training me to become a manager. This company really allows you to flourish and hard work does NOT go unnoticed! The co-workers are GREAT and everyone has an equal say about what goes on. When you work you get one free meal and off the clock you get 50% off!

Cons

Time management is key. Everyone depends on you to get the job done, but that's at aany job honestly.

Pros

People care, sport each other, treat each other like family, move up within company, no experience the better, now hiring people 16+ instead of 18+.

Cons

I've worked at 2 chipotles, one in New York and one in California. There are no words to explain how different each environment is. No one Chipotle is the same from experience, the food might be the same and all the recipes. So, the Chipotle you apply for might be the best or it might be the worse of the worse, only experience can tell you that.
