Great pay, great benefits, if you get time to use them.

Cons

Demanding 7 days a week, only “days off” are PTO. Have to have a contingency plan for ever single issue that arises. Work load continues to pile up due to volume of changes and higher leadership unable to see ground level reality.

They are honest, they will tell you straight up how it is and how it goes. Even in interview very fast pace that time goes by fast Good pay and hours If you can work fast it's a easy job. By month 3 you'll be working with muscle memory

Cons

Very few people make this a full career it takes years to get promoted and moved up the ranks. Many people will quit and leave because it can get overwhelming. Teamwork can be difficult due to people not taking it seriously ex. Summer job employees Shift wars between day and night shift on who neglected to do who knows what. Accidental hour cut at the wrong time, managers send someone home because it isn't busy then 5 minutes later there's a line out the door and the shift only have 4-5 people to close their shift, mainly a dayshift problem.

Free food. Coworkers that understood the struggle. Makes you strive for more since you are severely underpaid for the amount of work you do.

Cons

Overworked. Unappreciated. Long hours with many tasks. Unrealistic expectations. There were days I went into work at 5AM and didn't leave till 3PM. No breaks. Sometimes had 70-80 hour work weeks.
