Pros
1. No tension job because no work 2. Some benefits of small company still remains 3. Training is good
Cons
1. No work. You can be working in java being dotnet developer or even do testing if u have no project of your skill set. 2. If you are out of project for 2 months, you may be fired soon 3. Company continually reporting profits however no profit sharing with employees. No bonus. 4. Centralized management. No decision in hands of middle management. 5. They are healthcare company but their healthcare insurance is the worst of any IT companies insurance. So they don''t care about employees health. They care a lot for healthcare in US though.
