The people who are not in management position are all good.
Cons
Worst HR team, if you want to get something done by them don't sweat it will never be done and if by some miracle you get a positive response from the HR later you will come to know it was never really done it was just a response from the HR to shut you up. The Manager has no idea of what is going on in the project. Doesn't listen to the team and has no interest in your concerns about anything related to the project or your growth. The exit process is nonsense and the full and final process is never ending. The HR will want you to follow every company policy but when it's their turn they don't damn care about anything they will just lie to you and do nothing. I wish I could give a negative rating but glassdoor doesn't allows it.
