Pros
Salary on time Work from home once a week Relaxed work life, so you can get time to do some self study. One might get a chance to go to US within 2 years. Check with your manager. There is technology training throughout year, but it's quite basic.
Cons
Code quality is not good. Lack of organization wide CICD good practices. Even simplest authorizations are not setup in Git. Few people were on bench for 8+ months, some people were on project for namesake. Below average pay. Some scenarios where Devs given QA work to do. Some scenarios where Java Dev is given C# work. They have their own training videos, which are quite poor.
