Flexible time,Business Casuals and employee friendly policies(only Fixed component in Salary)

Cons

Don't have good projects.They hire good talent pool but under utilize them by making them work on any project irrespective of their technical skills.They make false promises to people prior to the joining and don't adhere to it after the candidate joins.
