      1. Very big clients base , good and large projects. So many trainings n learning . Good developers . 2. You may get on-site sooner in this firm 3. They sponsor all type of visa + GC 4. They give better increments only if ur in good books of manager

      Cons

      1. Most of managers on projects are there for longer time hence created monopoly kind of environment. Promotions are done more on top layer and not done enough for developers. They are searching reasons to get ur rating down through out year. Even if they found one incident in entire year then rating will be less for developers
