      Work life is balanced atleast for junior level, since I was a fresher and my managers were very good, The pressure that they receive from their senior managers they don’t pass it to their juniors rather they will always encourage and motivates to do better.

      Good people, give us time to prepare client interviews and at least they try to push to any job if you know some technology or give us time to prepare another technology or programming language to get us job in internal position or client job

      Cons

      If you failed on client interview with unknown technology or language, you have to attend that interview for multiple times as they required.
