      No stability No job security. At the time of joining they mentioned 2 days a week work from office. After joining it was 4 They made change in policy. Less compensation.

      Cab Drop at night after 11 which is a PRO if you see but on the other hand you have to work till 11pm hence no work life balance

      Where to start from. Will try to list a few important ones 1. Very Unprofessional HR's and Managers. 2. Very less projects that are available outside of Mumbai. 3. Most of the projects are based on cold legacy systems so you have to work on old tech stack 4. They generally won't change your project as there are few. 5. If on bench beware you are on borrowed time. You will be asked to leave 6. Hikes and appraisals are a complete joke. 7. All lies and fake stuff are told while recruiting. The reality being very different once you enter.
