      Before joining Rajan company policy was good there was variable pay, job was secured

      If you are lucky to find a good project then you are fine.

      -Huge office politics -You need to have a rapport with some higher in the management to survive in this company -Appraisals are not on merit - Higher management is always looking for scape goats - Old time underachievers are holding top spots in the company -They dont have adequate projects to accommodate the work force
