Pros
It's in Mumbai. CEO is the most pleasant face and humble person you will find in office. If you grab that sticky chair or successful in sugar coating VPs or DLs , you get onsite ticket. If you are here for more than 3 years (irrespective of your 0 knowledge, 0 talent , 0 social or interpersonal skills) you will excel here. Event's team is good and so many events to look forward that you start to get illusion it is a great company
Cons
Middle management politics. Few managers even say this to you in appraisal meeting that I never saw you sharing smile to me(I mean seriously??) Worse place if you are strong headed, ready to speak up,worse in politics and lack skill of people pleasing Harrasment issues are treated only if manager thinks It's his/her priority otherwise bam. Your problems are solved by giving you feedback in appraisal. Managers/DLs are not acquainted with latest knowledge and totally judge you if you are the updated 'omniscient' freak.
