      From early days till 2015 company turn from more employee friendly to like ordinary company big IT company

      Pros

      Development opportunities on latest technology through projects as well as internal initiatives Supportive executive If land up in good project it will give you good exposure of technology, client interaction.

      Cons

      Company grow at fast pace 50 percent annually but employee compensation increment mostly single digit. If land up in poorly executed project, then it will ruin your weekends as well and no escape from that. It could continue for months.

      1. nice work culture like provides opportunity to exhibit your passion in music, drama(have their own youtube channel), crafts etc. 2. happy faces all around 3. Less workload compared to any other IT services company

      Cons

      1. Very less salary as compared to other IT services company 2. Slow career growth. Negligible chances for client facing projects or assignments 3. Company is on cost cutting spree which is impacting basic amenities like drinking water, food quality, leaking ceiling etc.
