The people you call usually already know about ClassPass and know very strongly they do not want to use it or have already tried. Onboarding does not onboard the client right so there are issues for the client from the beginning. Then support doesn't support them making the client/partner hate us more We can't negotiate rates which deters many potential clients We low ball the partner/client only offering 30% of a new person sent in. They also don't pay the partner on many occasions because they offer users free classes and trials.
