- Increments are meagre and benefits have also become very basic/minimal ever since MB acquired the company - Expected to check your emails / Slack even during time off

Pay is insanely low and leadership admits that, boasting that “people work here for more reasons than just compensation”. Toxic positivity Very much a “what have you done for me Today” culture Very inflexible for a remote role Micromanagey Constant change to pay & expectations So many unnecessary meetings and “huddles” to essentially look over your shoulder when in reality productivity would be improved with a little room to breathe.
