Pros

Good group of dedicated people working together. Great CEO!

Cons

The HR team lacks a cohesive voice, the interview process took quit long and was unorganized. Now that I am inside the organization I see that the HR team has no real leader or management. ClassPass can be a bit clicky and unwelcoming especially in the New York office.

- Fast-paced, entrepreneurial, strategic - Amazing culture -- wear leggings to work, flexible hours, really nice team - 70% women, most employees under 35 - Good perks -- snacks, coffee, free CP membership - Leadership team is incredible -- really talented, sharp, smart, invest in their people - Overall, great place to grow and take on a ton of responsibility as a young professional
