ClassPass is known for being a very supportive and positive team of individuals. Everyone loves the product that they work so hard to build every day and that helps to create a great company culture.

Cons

The benefits and salary are not competitive with industry standard, although you do get a free ClassPass!

- (not really a con, more of an FYI), SUPER fast pace so one needs to be prepared to keep up! People will get let go if they're not performing where they're expected to be.
