Management all over the place. They seem to hire anyone -- the caliber of people you work with aren't smart, but many are nice people.

The people by far is the biggest pro! Very intelligent, hard-working, and (mostly) cool/kind people worked at ClassPass. Health benefits are great and offices are beautiful. They also promote a healthy lifestyle which includes lots of free workouts!

Cons

Nepotism and favoritism is extremely prevalent. Some of the most hard working people and strong leaders fall by the wayside to people that the CEO and leadership team 'like' and hang out with outside of work. Very low pay and internal promotions are usually only a 1-2% increase. It is a good company to "grow" your career in terms of title. However, you will never get paid competitively at CP no matter what level you are at. You are asked to come on to the team and "believe in the mission" despite how low they pay. The mission was great but then COVID-19 happened. Also, do not plan on striking it big here in terms of stock. They don't offer competitive stock options anymore and most current, excelling employees were granted 'additional stock' at their annual reviews and never received it. In fact, all employees that were granted additional stock and then let go during COVID never received any of the additional stocks that they were granted over eight months ago.
