Business Outlook
Pros
The office I was at was beautiful. They provided great benifits including: free snacks, and the ability to work out using their app. Great coworkers and team leads! They gave severance pay after a mass layoff. They also tried keeping people around during covid a lot longer than I expected. So they are very commited to their employees.
Cons
They expected 110% from everyone at all times. To the extent that I felt I couldnt reach the high goals that were set. Things werent always communicated efficiently and in a timly maner.
