Pros

ClassPass is a fun, fast-paced environment to work in. The job provides an opportunity to work with some of the most innovative and motivated people who are always happy to help a team member out. I have never worked for a company and for team leaders who cared so much for their fellow employees and for their customers.

Cons

After working for ClassPass for six months, I can not think of one con about this job.

It's a great culture here. They want everyone to succeed in and out of work. I really do appreciate getting a job like this in Missoula, MT.

Cons

The cons are just part of any sales job and the learning curve is a challenge. They give you every opportunity to succeed here, it's just a matter of getting enough production
