      Pros

      Amazing culture (everyone in the office is incredibly friendly and willing to help), great benefits, generous PTO, 200 credits to ClassPass. Although it is expected that you work the majority of the time in the office, there is flexibility if for some reason you need to work from home.

      Cons

      It is incredibly quiet in the office and often times hard to get meeting rooms. It is not super comfortable to take calls/meetings in the open.

      Pros

      Getting to work at a company with major goals and rapid growth -- everyone gets to make huge contributions and the culture is all about highlighting individuality (managers really look to highlight the skills of their employees).

      Cons

      Things change quickly, so if you're not really passionate about start-up work, this might not be the job for you. You might spend hours working on a project just to have it shift, and that's just a reality at younger companies in experimentation/growth mode.
