Pros

I have been working with ClearSale by HomeTrust for more than 5 years. It is a very promising company in the real estate investment industry. Great company to work for and a lot of learning opportunities!

Cons

My boss is sometimes too busy he doesn't respond to my texts. :D

Pros

Jason and his team listen and value their employees' opinion. Tasks may differ from time to time so you won't get bored with the same old routine every day.

Cons

There's not many negatives I could think of but if you're the type of person who needs constant instruction then you should think about working elsewhere.

Pros

I think the greatest aspect of my work environment is that I work with a great group of people and we all work hard as a team to get the results the company needs. That's on thing in particular that feel secure in my employment and like I'm doing something worthy of my time. I also like the independence factor. I'm depended on for certain results and that's my responsibility. I appreciate that clarity and goal driven ambiance. I have to say I do like working from home to (despite my lack of human contact). I used to hate wearing suits and all the office politics that come with going to an office job. I like being in the comfort of home, getting my work done and signing out at the end of the day where I plan to relax for the remainder of my waking hours. It's convenient and honestly without the distraction of human encounters renders me more productive I think.

Cons

Since most of us work remotely I miss the human contact of work a bit. I'd really like to get to know my team members a bit more with face to face contact. I understand it's the nature of the job but that's one con for me perhaps, lack of human contact with the team. Another con might be the lack of benefits in the company. I think I have a competitive wage which I'm certainly grateful for with bonuses (which are definitely motivating) but I would definitely appreciate a little more security for my future. Perhaps a 401k or something of the like that would help me realize my long term goal of retirement and give me a sense of work longevity with a plan.
