I'm a stay at home mom and my schedule works best for me. My supervisor is very supportive and is always willing to help me with my tasks/questions. We have an awesome relationship that makes difficult and busy days a bit easy. I love working with these people who not just value hard work but value me as a person.

Cons

I couldn't think of any challenges as of the moment. I am so happy and blessed with my job/tasks as well as the people I work with.

At Clearsale, I have great teammates and feel truly able to be myself and "at home" at work. We have options for work from home. There is a positive work/life balance and it feels inspiring to know our work makes an impact.

Cons

Quickly evolving organization so there are some growing pains but we're still growing rapidly enough that there's a ton of opportunities to make a difference and advance quickly within the company if you prove yourself.
