      There is immense opportunity to excel, and make a real impact at this company. This takes significant effort, ability, and desire to succeed. Worthwhile mission. Those who do well are rewarded and recognized.

      Cons

      Vacation time, work from home, overall flexibility could be improved. While there is quite a bit of opportunity within the company, it feels like some career tracks are limited because all the management is being hired from outside

      Pros

      From day one, the people are welcoming and excited to have a new team member. The energy here is definitely positive and energized. Lots of moving parts - as with any company that is growing and expanding. The visibility is incredible - and you can actually see the impact of your work. It's a true team environment - and it starts at the top with the amazing leadership they have in place. Looking forward to seeing where this ride take us.

      All of the free snacks and stocked fridges make it hard to stay on a diet!
