      They are looking after their staff very well - training & development is being taken care off - flexible working hours - flexible working location - demanding work environment - new products and complex customer environments keep you busy - the new Senior Management team has given Click a great boost into a brighter future

      Cons

      - needs to do better with their customer focus of back office functions - cross department and cross region collaboration is poor - product implementation can be a pain because of the R&D focus on feature savvyness rather than realiability
