Great colleagues who become friends, HR policies and benefits have gotten significantly better over time, easy to move to different teams if interested, lots of tech resources

Cons

Colleagues becoming friends (can feel cliquey at times), your popularity determines how much you can get away with, can be a good place to start a career but not so much for those coming in at senior level
