      Pros

      Great projects to work on. Lot's of high profile clients and companies to collaborate with. There is tons of experience to be gained, whether you're a new or seasoned employee. There has also been a noticeable difference in the atmosphere here. Many teams have changed and there seems to be a brand new HR team. What used to seem like a broken system is finally starting to come together. Slight changes such as a new unlimited PTO has surely eased our work/life balance.

      Cons

      Despite these changes, there are still many areas for improvement, especially as it comes to senior management and transparency. Still cliquey but if you put yourself out most people will welcome you. Some staff seems to be overworked while others can coast on by. While there are snacks, it definitely leaves room for some improvement.

      People will love to overrule you and be mean. People are off puttish and have attitudes.
