      - causal daily attire - laid back environment - the work load keeps me busy but not overwhelmed, the days seem to go fast. - everyone is focused and on task - quiet space to really be able to get work done

      Cons

      - nothing at the moment, better than my last work environment as far as room for growth and professional opportunities
