      Pros

      Great entry level positions. You get to meet and make lifelong connections with your equally talented colleagues. Great stepping stone and ability to work up from an intern/assistant position.

      Cons

      Theres a huge disconnect between upper management and other employees. Theres also a church and state environment between the editorial and marketing team. Its a split company and guaranteed you will be underpaid. Although you may move up , expect to hit a glass ceiling. Current executives are comfortable in their positions and will not allow proper room for ultimate growth.
