great experience and the opportunity to involve yourself in projects your role wouldn't otherwise be exposed to. Theres some recognition for going above and beyond. A modern office with exciting projects and celebrity connections.

Cons

The culture here thrives on favoritism. Longterm staff promote those they have an existing relationship with outside of the office. You are frequently reminded of the closed network/club if you voice anything about it. Not much guidance from those in leadership roles as it's not required of them. Its normal to fear losing your "cool job" so you'll work hard and take on additional roles and responsibilities just to get noticed.

Cons

Management outside the department doesn't value the developers as much as they should. They have no clue how things are done or refuse to understand technology.
