Pros
Class trainer was great. Training program easy to use
Cons
Training needs 2 updates, 1st they need to have iLog training. The only use of it you get is when your taking your first live calls. Taking notes, Trainer say take notes, the other advisers say dont bother. So have a program developed into the iMac where you can copy and paste yours notes. There should be a whole day before training to show you how to work with the iMac or be able to travel to a local Conduent office for a 30min crash course. This would make the new employee a better Apple adviser
