Pros

The Company has a very bright future and is doing very well financially. It feels like I am working for the winning team. This is important obviously. There are many depts and each one is different, so I can't speak for all. My department is good, with good leadership. The company has good processes in place, and is very forward looking. Lots of tools for you to learn and use, and they are very quick to adopt the best technologies & practices. Management is smart about doing business, with very good forward planning. Benefits are above average and I am happy with my pay. I like my job and I enjoy working here. Top management aims to build talent and expertise at all locations and to run autonomously instead of using non-HQ locations to do the boring low level jobs. Timezone with HQ Germany is good so all telcos are done only during office hours. Good work life balance.

Cons

HR department gives me a bad impression. They were dishonest about the fact that they have included AWS into your monthly pay and did not inform me about this till after I have signed with them. That is quite unethical. You only get 16 days of annual leave which is below market for this industry. Some of the HR staff are very rude and unprofessional. I feel that the Company could do a better job of branding itself. Its a great compant to work for but not many people know about that. Too many foreigners who cannot perform. Can see clear cases of certain nationalities hiring their own people. Singaporeans seem to be a minority here, despite the fact that Singapore produces competent engineers.

Stable process management Great training plans, even for new hires Plenty of activities throughout the whole year, like events on culture Benefits aren't bad Building is brand new with great facilities

Cons

Horrible EQ/ People Management for some people I dealt with, even for HR department! People here in my department at least, are two faced and political No sense of belonging I don't see my career path here in this company

Pros

There's a wide range of great technology to learn. IT support is good such as nice quality laptops and latest tools.

Cons

Management preys on the naïve and hardworking. Poor compensation compared to workload. Promotion is rare. Instead, hardworking engineers are given more tasks. Work is assigned to you exponentially unless you voice out. Many teams are under-staffed. Turnover rate is high. Long working hours have become a norm. It is not good for family and health. Many software engineers don't bother anymore because they can quit anytime for a better job.
