Pros
Nothing. They won't let u sleep and tell you to keep their eyes open.
Cons
U was deprived of sleep for nine months. I'm surprised I didn't die on the way to work. They had the managers (including one pregnant woman) chant in screeching voices, "KEEP Your Eyes open" while playing a chainsaw at 3 am. The ADAS SW group are barbaric savages.
