      Pros

      Employed with Conti for 3.5 years - Good work-life balance (rare OT except when there are projects that require fire-fighting) - Good location, near amenities and MRT - People are generally quite helpful - Emphasis on employee engagement in recent years - Finding other ways to recognize employees outside of monetary rewards - Company stability

      Cons

      - Below market pay - No AWS and capped bonus which will never exceed 1.8 months for entry/senior engineer level - Slow progression and increment - Slow to change (Germans tend to be conservative so as much as the company is trying to re-brand itself as a technology company, it is still using old technology)

      Great work life balance - People know when to get things done and when to go back home Generally nice people to work with - Positive working attitude Clear process - effective handling & efficient procedure

      Cons

      Too many people - Makes it hard to get recognized Too many irrelevant metrics - Creating unnecessary tension Poor compensation & benefit - Though I suppose it is linked with the conservative & laidback nature of the company
