      Good work flow and structured procedures.

      Cons

      Very poor job recognition. Your boss can give you a good rating every year yet has no intentions to promote you to next level. When questioned why, the reason is lack of a role or expert skills. Then the roles he mentioned were were never intended to give to you in the first place, not even asked if you are interested or not. Some of these roles are even not technical but managerial. It short, if you want to promote to a higher level, you got to do things you don't like to do.

      - No work life balance if you are in RED project team, no OT pay if you OT on weekdays night - Got forced to cancel leave to OT - Your personal feeling is not important, management is only interested in getting good end result to show to customer - High turn over rate

      Knowledge and experience within the team is enormous. Diversified opportunities with the company.

      Cons

      No growth opportunities. Management is slow to adapt any change. Big disparity in work load within the team. No basic training for any employee joining the team. Management does not respond to any of the concerns raised.
