Pros

I joined coolblue without prior judgement or reviews. Everything was smooth from the recruitment to the point where I was relocated and started working. Work environment is fun, people are usually nice and there's a lot of challenges. Personal development is also a huge deal and you're constantly pushed forward to become better at what you do with dedicated resources to help you do that.

Cons

The only con is that the salary is on the lower end of the market average.
