All managers might not join Criteo being experienced, and we consider it's our responsibility to provide them with the right tools and training to help them support their team members. In 2020 and 2021, a strong focus of the HR teams has been to train managers to develop their team members with the launch of the Manager Behaviors Framework based on the values, as well as the reinforcing the manager's role in the IDP (Individual Development Plan) process. Those initiatives go hand in hand with ensuring a fair and transparent promotion process, through our evolving Perform & Develop an approach to assess the performance of our employees in a fair and consistent way, coupled with and learning sessions on development goals for all Criteo, which we encourage you to attend if you have not had the chance.
