5yThanks for taking the time to highlight the benefits we offer at Criteo.
We implemented several initiatives to support employees evolving in their careers, offering voyager opportunities in external teams and providing tailored learning resources. We also introduced the Individual Development Plan in 2020, with learning sessions on development goals for all employees. The IDP process has been reinforced in 2021 with managers training to support their team members' growth.
