      Benefits good, such as having medical benefits and transport allowance

      Cons

      Don’t expect any work life balance even though this is an MNC company. Culture is bad. No worklife balance, work overloaded that the manager still thinks we have the capacity. Unprofessional in handling people. Manager feels offended if employees ask or clarify anything and say mean and sarcastic things. Only expects employees to be a yes-man. Manager is not being honest during the interview too, did not mention certain important things. Very very bad culture and very disappointing working here

      -Sales training is good -Commission is great.....if you can hit it -Great coworkers -Benefits

      Cons

      -They don't practice as they preach with ANYTHING. Do not trust recruiters or managers. - KPI's are NOT realistic, upper management doesn't care about customers, only arbitrary numbers that do not lead to revenue. -
