Company gave Me a full time position and I only got 30 hours a week and eventually I was lucky to get 20 hours. They do this to most employees and tell them to stop crying about it ur lucky you get this I'll respect you more if you just take it. Don't work for this company if you actually need a good job and benefits this is not a good one. Also when I complained to hr I told them I quit if I dont get my 40. Said they give me a call and never got it.

The Senior Management is excessively critical in an overbearing manner that is not constructive nor helpful for employee nor company. They label feedback as a gift but it is abused and creates a toxic environment. Employee Opinion Surveys are held internally each year but employees are afraid to give an honest review of their managers. There is favoritism for promotions and Sr. Managers have very close relationships with Tender Managers that also will criticize you as the Pricing Analyst. Sr. management is unsupportive of unreasonable timelines and will expect you to oblige. They also do not respect vacation time and will call you on your time off.
