the cultural change from a top-down thinking and acting company to an innovative, agile company with low focus on hierarchies is not progessing as fast as it should be

Ocean Export Specialist

I was in there to support the Canada Branch and the enviroment, team work and leadership are really great. Specially in the Ocean Export Department there are nice coworkers and excelent Leaders

Cons

There was no opportunity for foreigner employeer to stay at Canada. But is not a Cons is a thing of open positions
